The location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to walk to attractions. The apartment felt spacious and modern, especially liked the big living area and en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom. I appreciated the amenities like the washing machine and dryer, which come in handy for a longer stay. The lobby had a stylish vibe with a nice café and bar. However, the check-in experience was confusing and a bit frustrating. Getting the key from a desk and navigating through the parking garage to the elevator felt creepy and inconvenient. One night, the fire alarm went off multiple times, making it hard to get any sleep, and there was no communication from the management about it. Some appliances, like the garbage disposal, didn’t work properly. Valet parking fees were high at $50 a night. Overall, the apartment was good, but the service issues and access routes could use improvement.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which was clean and spacious, perfect for our family. It was a short walk to the Dallas World Aquarium, where the kids loved seeing the sea life. Having enough room for our small baby made our stay comfortable.
In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process needs simplification.

The stay was quite enjoyable with a lovely apartment layout that felt more spacious than expected. The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering a nice atmosphere for evening drinks. However, accessing the room through the parking garage was a bit tricky and could be simplified to improve overall convenience.

The one-bedroom apartment was perfect for our group, super spacious, and the rooftop bar was the highlight with great drinks and music. We visited the Dallas World Aquarium and the Dallas Holocaust Museum, both really close by. Just keep in mind the parking can be a little tricky and there was some noise from outside.
The check-in process was frustrating. no one was at the desk when we arrived, and it was confusing figuring out how to get our keys. The staff didn't seem to care much about the delay.

I had a fab time relaxing by the rooftop pool and enjoying the cool vibe of the fitness center. There are some great spots to unwind like the rooftop bar or the cozy lounges. The only hiccup was figuring out the correct key box at check-in, but once we got that sorted, it was smooth sailing! 🌟
